Cocktail Bartender

We’re after a confident, skilled bartender who knows their way around a cocktail bar and can hit the ground running in a busy, high-energy venue.

What we’re looking for:
Proven cocktail bartending experience — essential
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and cocktail techniques
Confidence working a busy service and managing multiple orders
Excellent speed, accuracy and attention to detail
Great customer service and communication skills
A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
Someone who can work independently while being a great team player
High standards of bar presentation, cleanliness and organisation
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent cocktails and drinks while providing warm, engaging service to our guests.
You’ll need to be comfortable working under pressure, maintaining quality during busy periods, and bringing energy and personality to the bar.
This is not an entry-level position — previous cocktail bartending experience is essential.

Chef de Partie
Venue: Accross all Inkster Company venues in Canterbury.
We are currently seeking Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen teams across our venues.
About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you'll prepare and deliver high-quality food under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, playing a key role in maintaining the exceptional standard of culinary service our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and deliver high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard
Support and mentor less experienced kitchen staff during service, and help train them in new techniques and in-house recipes when needed
Follow cooking instructions and guidance from the Head Chef
Prepare dishes in line with the company's branding, positioning, and vision
Comply with food hygiene, safety, and quality standards, helping develop and uphold relevant policies
Coordinate with Bar/Front of House to ensure smooth service, including adapting dishes for guests' dietary requirements
Communicate relevant information clearly to other departments and management
Manage kitchen stock, supplies, and ordering within budget and company policy
Ensure equipment is used correctly and properly maintained
Contribute to menu development and planning in line with GP targets and COG framework
Complete supplier ordering as required
Follow correct procedures for cleaning, closing, and accurately recording hours
Carry out all duties with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
