ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager / 2IC to help lead our busy bar team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front.
You’ll support the Venue Manager with staff leadership, training, stock management, supplier relationships, beverage costing, menu development, Tevalis and driving sales and service standards. You’ll also help oversee events, compliance and day-to-day operations.
4 days on / 3 days off roster, with flexibility. Weekend availability is essential.

Hospitality management experience

Current Duty Manager’s Certificate

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and play a key role in the future growth of the venue.
You’ll take ownership of the kitchen operation, from leading and developing your team to menu development, food quality, rostering, ordering and stock control. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to deliver a consistent, high-quality food offering while keeping the kitchen running efficiently and profitably.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves great food, knows how to motivate a team and takes pride in strong systems, consistency and attention to detail.

We’re looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, knows great table service and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
You’ll look after guests from start to finish, including setting the dining room, welcoming guests, taking orders, recommending food and wine, and ensuring every table receives attentive, professional service.
This is a busy venue, so you’ll need to be confident working at pace while maintaining excellent standards and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a talented Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in great food and can deliver consistently high standards in a busy pub environment.
You’ll prepare and cook dishes to our recipes and standards, with a particular focus on cooking steaks to a consistently high standard. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef and Venue Manager to deliver smooth service, maintain food quality and presentation, cater to dietary requirements and uphold food safety standards.
